Pet Policy

Buttercup Creek Apartments is a pet friendly property. However, our current policy does have some pet restrictions:

• Cats and dogs are allowed.
• Non refundable pet fee: $150
• Pet Deposit: $200
• Monthly Pet Rent: $15
• A maximum of two pets per unit.
• Dogs must be 35 pounds or less.
• Breed restrictions: Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chows, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, Huskies. Full Blood or mixed at any percentage are prohibited.
• Exotic Pets/Animals are not permitted, such as snakes, ferrets, rabbits, pot bellied pigs, tarantulas and piranhas.
